We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. After exploring every option to accommodate the reservation, we reserve the right to reduce or reschedule services for clients who are 15 minutes late for their appointment.

When our guests request to move, change or cancel a reservation, we require 24 hours notice. Failure to arrive to a reservation will result in a $25 service charge.

Packages

A charge of 50% will apply if the required cancellation time is not provided. Failure to arrive to packaged services will result in full payment to desired credit card.

Children

Parental supervision is required for children while visiting Aquilibrium To ensure everyone’s visit is a comfortable one. To provide a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, children under the age of 12 are not permitted in the SPA area without a service appointment.
