Reservations
Due to the respect of other guests, we cannot guarantee any reservations that arrive 20 minutes or more for their scheduled appointment. The team at Aquilibrium will try their best to accommodate your reservation as it is important to us to provide all services requested. In the event that a conflict in the schedule occurs, we reserve the right to move, change or cancel an appointment. We will most definitely do our best to notify you as soon as possible of any conflicting schedule changes.
CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW
To ensure that we can accommodate a request to move, change, or cancel a reservation with us, please allow 24 hours notification. Failure to commit to a reservation may result in a service charge of $25 towards your account Some exceptions may apply.
Exchange/Refund
Aquilibrium gaurantees all products sold. If an incorrect recommendation was given, we will need to assess and replace with the proper home care. An exchange or credit will be issued towards you account or put on an Aquilibrium Gift Card. Please remember to keep your original receipt for exchange/credit to be made up to 21 days after purchase. In order to properly diagnose any service you may be dissatisfied with, we require 48-72hrs notice. This time is needed to be able to review the notes taken during the consultation and apply what is recommended by the service provider and management. A complimentary adjustment will be made if required to the appropriate service until rectified or an alternate solution is made. We do not issue refunds for any services provided.
For your convenience Aquilibrium would like to avoid and protect the possibility of soiled garments. Smocks are provided to all guests that wish to change into and during their visit as we can’t be responsible for certain accidents that may occur.
