Online Reservations - Instructions
It would be our pleasure to have you as our guest. For you convenience this section of our site will allow you to make reservations online. You may also contact the Aquilibrium Guest Services team directly at 905-404-9097 during regular business hours to reserve appointments.
Please read carefully before reserving an appointment online:
1. To secure your privacy and confidentiality, you will require client ID # and a case sensitive password to reserve your appointment. If you have not already received this from the Aquilibrium Guest Services team, or if this is your first reservation, a credit card will be required to reserve your appointment(s). Please note that credit card information give is for pre-authorization only and you will not be charged for the service until it has been rendered. If you fail to show up for reservations made online, without cancelling, you will be charged as outline in the Aquilibrium Cancellation Policy.
2. Online reservations may not be rescheduled or cancelled online; you must call the Aquilibrium Guest Services team. Per the Aquilibrium Cancellation Policy, minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel any reservation.
3. Do not attemp to reserve an appointment for yourself with someone else's ID#.
4. After you log on please update your client file (inlcuding you email address-- you may also change your password). If you forget your password, please follow the instructions given on the screen or contact the Aquilibrium Guest Services team.
5. Spa packages, bridal reservations, and consultation based services, (retexturing, extensions, treatments, etc...) can not be scheduled online. Please contact the Aquilibrium Guest Services team with business hours for more information.
6. Follow the step by step directions for reserving an appointment.
7. Please reserve all colour services first. Please note that you must reserve a cut or a blow-dry with every colour service; however the technician performing your blow-dry is subject to change without notice. Please contact the Aquilibrium Guest Services team with any questions regarding this policy.
8. Colour services vary in price depending on length, thickness, time and products involved. The price listed is an average price for standard length hair.
9. To avoid long waiting times between services please make certain that you are selecting the correct service to ensure that you are scheduled correctly.
If you are unsure of the service you require or if you would like to reserve a consultation please call the Aquilibrium Guest Services team within regular business hours. At Aquilibrium there are no charges associated with consultation appointments.
